She was very weak and near death and Vaso scooped her up and nursed her back to life. She lives to hug Vaso with her paws and holds her tight. The shelters survival relies totally on donations. There is no help from the local municipality. There is no animal pound to take a stray or lost dog to. The responsibility falls on the shoulders of good humans like Vaso to try and help.
