I found her as a stray full of worms, I had never seen anything like it before. Here in this picture at the vet she had a sore eye we managed to save it . I treated her and got her well and she is healthy 5 years old .

The shelters survival relies totally on donations. There is no help from the local municipality. There is no animal pound to take a stray or lost dog to. The responsibility falls on the shoulders of good humans like Vaso to try and help.
