I took Fedra and her sister in as pups. The family that had them dumped them in the street after their children had gotten bored playing with them. Her little sister got killed by a car and I took Fedra into my shelter as she would have died too. She is 3 years old and prefers her own company. Traumatized by bad humans as a puppy.

The shelters survival relies totally on donations. There is no help from the local municipality. There is no animal pound to take a stray or lost dog to. The responsibility falls on the shoulders of good humans like Vaso to try and help.
