The landlord of the house she lived in did not want dogs …The owner of Kira took her somewhere she came back to town where they told me of her she was neglected by her owner so I picked her up and took her to the shelter, she is a guard dog and very clever. Kira is one amazing girl very friendly very loving and born around 2013.

The shelters survival relies totally on donations. There is no help from the local municipality. There is no animal pound to take a stray or lost dog to. The responsibility falls on the shoulders of good humans like Vaso to try and help.
